Case study
Gatto

Problem
Gatto, Silvia Galiano's handicraft shop in Gràcia, Barcelona, needed a web storefront that brought its work, artist, opening hours and contact options together. It had to serve both local visitors and English-speaking customers without making a small business maintain a complex application.
Approach
I built a static site in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with Spanish, Catalan and English copy and a single configuration file for store information. The shop's business-card artwork anchors the visual identity; the page presents paintings, tote bags, earrings and cat-themed pieces.
Directions and contact use direct links rather than embedded third-party widgets. Opening status uses Barcelona time, unknown hours are marked explicitly, and unconfirmed commissions stay hidden. Automated checks cover translation parity, structured data, configuration consistency and the absence of third-party asset requests.
Result
A live, three-language storefront deployed on Vercel, with no build step, runtime dependencies or trackers. Visitors can discover the work, plan a visit and contact the shop from one page.
